Nino Tsaturova
Partner
Nina is the Director and Head of Legal at Intelligent Solution LLC. She is the FIDIC Accredited Adjudicator and also the DRBF (Dispute Resolution Board Foundation) Representative in Georgia. Additionally, Nina is also a founding member and a member of the Management Board of the ACEG.
Nina specializes in construction law and dispute resolution and deals with construction disputes and contracts. She is experienced in the use of the FIDIC contracts and advises on drafting and negotiating construction contracts, claims, dispute avoidance and dispute resolution in all forms, including dispute boards, arbitration and litigation.
She participated in the translation and legal review of the official translation of the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction (First Edition 1999) for building and engineering works designed by the Employer (FIDIC Red Book) to Georgian language.

Irakli Khergiani
Partner
Irakli is a Founder and a Managing Director of the Intelligent Solution LLC and additionally he is the FIDIC Accredited Adjudicator.
Irakli specializes in Project Management. He has a wide experience in managing large scale budget procurements and construction contracts funded by International Financial Institutions. Additionally, he is experienced in the use of the FIDIC Contracts from the different positions during his career: as an Employer in the Governmental Structure, Contractor and Engineer in the international companies. He was responsible for the execution of the main Highway Constructions in Georgia dealing with construction disputes and managing construction contracts.
He has an M.S in Engineering from Georgian Technical University.

Previously, she held the role of Chief Project Coordinator at the Solid Waste Management Company of Georgia, driving impactful environmental initiatives.
A recognized thought leader, she has been a featured speaker at numerous conferences, sharing her insights on legal frameworks, procurement strategies, and sustainable development.
Tina holds a Master of Law degree from Tbilisi State University and a Master Certificate in Sustainable Infrastructure and Financial Management from Schulich School of Business, York University.

Nino is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in construction law, contract drafting, and dispute resolution. She also has a strong background in real estate and telecommunications. She holds a Bachelor's degree in International Law from Tbilisi State University and a Master's degree in International Law from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA). She is a member of the Georgian Bar Association and the Georgian Association of Arbitrators.
With over eight years of focused experience in construction law, Nino has been instrumental in major projects, such as TBC Head Office Project. She has extensive expertise in construction laws and regulations, contract drafting—including FIDIC contracts—and dispute resolution. Her practice includes representing clients in court, Dispute Avoidance/Adjudication Boards (DAAB), and arbitration proceedings.
Formally trained in FIDIC claims and disputes, Nino is a results-driven and efficient professional, committed to delivering strategic legal solutions in the construction sector.

Endelika Mtsariashvili
Legal Counsel
Endelika is a legal counsel at Intelligent Solution. Her diverse background and work experience spans various sectors including commercial bank, law firm, and court, providing her with a well-rounded perspective on the legal landscape.
From November 2019 to June 2023, Endelika was an integral part of the litigation team at JSC Liberty Bank, starting as an intern and progressing through various roles. In her final year, she served as a legal counsel, sharpened her skills in litigationand gained significant experience.
Following that Endelika joined Conse Law Firm and MG Law, where she continued to excel in various practice areas, including contract and corporate law.
Additionally Endelika is a holder of a GBA certificate and is presently in the process of attaining full GBA membership. She has the LL.B from the Free University of Tbilisi and the LL.M from New Vision University.
